We’ve just added a few new features to the incredible-cakes.com mix. One of the biggest goals of Incredible Cakes is to allow cake enthusiasts to share their creations. Well, we figured we needed an easy way for that to happen, so we added the ability for our decorators to create an account with us that would keep track of ALL of the cakes they’ve uploaded. The feature is still in it’s infancy, so there will be a landslide of updates coming, but basically this is how it works:
1. Create an account with us by visiting the register page - you can click here.
2. Now, Register with us. All you need to do is pick a user name, password, and put in an email address. Oh, just so you know, we really really really really hate spam, so you can be assured that your email address is safe with us. We only ask for it so we can communicate with you about things concerning incredible-cakes.com.
3. Now, just log in to your brand spanking new account using the user name and password you just selected.
4. Then, Go upload some cakes.
It’s as simple as flipping the switch on your Kitchen-Aid.
Once you have some of you cakes uploaded, you will be able to visit your very own web page with incredible-cakes.com. You can pass your webpage link to friends, family members, co-workers, strangers, vagrants… yeah, pretty much anyone you want to be able to say “Yo, look at what I made” to.
That ties into the next feature. We’ve added a comments section to every single cake page. Now your friends, family members, co-workers, strangers, and vagrants can tell you how great you are. We are all about making sure people get proper positive reinforcement.
Since Incredible-Cakes.com is still veeerrrryyy new, we are about to launch some promotions to things cooking. We’re planning on giving some prizes and rewards away for your cake uploads.
Stay tuned, bookmark us, tell your friends about us, put a message in a bottle and throw it in the nearest body of water. We are looking for ways to start getting the word out.
