Nintendo Mario Brothers Cake

I was asked to make a birthday cake for a six year old this past week. The only direction I had for what to make was that he liked the nintendo characters. They thought his favorite character was Mario.

So I searched the internet for a good Mario Brothers game picture. Then I piped the image onto the top of a round cake. I used a star tip to fill in the outline, and made sure to build up Mario's nose up off the cake a little bit, it's one of Mario's signature features!

Once I was done with the round cake, I set it on top of a sheet cake that I airbrushed green. I added some borders, and few words, and the age of the birthday boy. Viola, it was complete
